Information you provide
The form collects your name, email address, enquiry category, preferred centre or lack of preference, reply language and a general message. An enquiry reference, date and record of your consent, including the privacy information version, are also recorded.
Provide only what the team needs to contact you. Do not include diagnoses, symptoms, medical history, medication, reports, photographs, identity documents or other people’s information. The form does not accept attachments. If you need to send clinical documents, first ask the team for an appropriate channel.
Required fields allow us to process and answer your enquiry. If you do not complete them or authorise the stated processing, the enquiry cannot be sent through this form.
Purposes and legal basis
We use your information to receive your enquiry, direct it to the appropriate team, respond and send you an acknowledgement. This processing is based on the consent you give through the form checkbox. You may withdraw it at any time.
Technical information needed to maintain the website and protect the form against abuse is processed for operation and security, on the basis of the legitimate interest in protecting the service. Hosting providers may record technical connection information, such as IP addresses and security events.
This form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise advertising campaigns. We do not make automated medical decisions or build profiles to recommend treatments. Any subsequent healthcare relationship will have its own privacy information.
Who receives your enquiry
Your enquiry is registered in Wix and forwarded to the team at your selected centre —Quirónsalud Barcelona or Dexeus— with copies to the Institut Ruiz Castilla administration team and Belén for coordination. If you choose «No preference» or an institutional or professional enquiry, administration is the primary recipient, with a copy to Belén.
The operational notification mailbox receives only a notification showing the enquiry category. It does not receive your name, email, reference, centre, language or message through that notification. The acknowledgement sent to you also does not reproduce your message.
Information is shared to handle the contact you request. The centre providing any subsequent healthcare will explain its own data processing. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.
Providers and international transfers
Wix provides hosting, form registration and email delivery services for this website. It acts as a processor where it processes information on the controller’s behalf, and uses other providers to deliver its services.
Using Wix may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Its documentation describes applicable safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses depending on the destination. You can read Wix’s data processing agreement and privacy policy, and ask the controller for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.
The recipients’ email services and the service for your own address also process messages when receiving them.
Retention
Enquiries and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle them. They are then deleted or, where applicable, retained with restricted access for the periods required by applicable obligations or potential claims.
Consent records and technical security data are kept for as long as needed to demonstrate the processing or address the relevant incident. Clinical records for any subsequent healthcare are not managed through this form.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, and withdraw consent, by writing to direccio@draruizcastilla.com. State the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information to locate your enquiry. Additional information to verify your identity will only be requested if needed.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Scope and changes
This policy covers the contact form and browsing this website. It does not authorise research, publication of cases, sharing of images or advertising using your information.
